Broken beds

TirNuans, we hear your pain about the beds. The bad news, we will not be able to fix them anytime soon, even though I am currently looking into the issue, we have no concrete idea on what exactly is wrong with them ( could be art, could be code ).

The good news is, however, if you have a bed that is stuck on your lot, please send a mail directly to TirNua Dominic in the game or leave a support request ( even if you did this already, do it again ).

We will remove the bed from your lot and give you a full refund.

Facebook Resident Badge Purchase Fixed

Hey TirNuans, we have fixed the bug that many of you experienced. You can now again purchase a badge with FB credits.

Today’s Update – Bug Fixes

We have made another push and fixed an issue that caused problems when a player tried to send a Facebook gift.

• You should now be able again to make a gift to a FB player through the game.

FIXED: Use Facebook Credits to buy a Resident Badge

Yes, I know many of you have been craving for this. It is now possible to buy a Resident Badge using your Facebook Credits. And guess what’s best? It is super easy.

Follow these few simple steps to become a Resident of TirNua and get super duper, great, fantastic access to amazing features in the game!.

1. Sign in to TirNua through your Facebook account.
2. Click on the Resident Badge / TAU coins icon – lovated on top of your screen.
3. 

If you have any other questions, please use this blog to get help, you can also use the in game support tool, or the help of others players. Our community rocks and we just know that most of you guys know this game better than the creators themselves.

UPDATE: 

We have received a few reports, some users are unable to purchase a resident badge using FB credits, we are looking into this right now.

UPDATE 2: 

Looks like some people are still having issues, we are in contact with Facebook to fix this problem, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. However, if you can still purchase a Resident badge using PayPal or a credit card.

And we are back !

TirNuans, our blog, wiki and forum have been unavailable for the last few weeks. A server  outage at Amazon was the reason for this. However, as the reconstruction will take us a little bit longer, we thought we would go ahead and create a new meeting spot for all of us!.

We will use this blog to re-establish a better communication between the player and the people behind the game. Hopefully we will be able to bring back the forums, blog and wiki in the near future.

Even though, the blog was out of reach, TirNua has made some great progress within the last few weeks. You might have not noticed the changes as of right now, but we have made some great progress. ( more on this later ).

• We have made important and necessary changes towards integrating GreenPoints
  ( GP ).
• Soon we will have a few more furniture and other special items hitting the TirNua store.
• FIXED: Unfortunately some of the changes we have made, broke some other things such as the VIP store, and clothing store. We are working hard on fixing these issues.
• Restoring the TirNua standard design + we even gave it a small makeover, check it out and let us know what you think.
• Last but not least, this blog is now mobile device friendly, check out us out on your iPhone, iPad, Android or all the other cool gadgets out there.
